We see a lot of beautiful weddings at Elegant Beginnings, Inc. It's hard to measure one against the other, so we don't even try. However, we have to say that THIS wedding, in particular, touches our heart more than most. A weekend wedding in the California countryside led to a dreamy sunshine day filled with love and chocolate! Our traditional, antique style, country lace linen overlays accompanied a rich chocolate poplin table linen. The bride chose sunny accents of bright yellow daisies, sunflowers and other bright yellow wild flowers to adorn natural reclaimed glass jar centerpieces. Sheer chocolate chair sashes flowed softly and were capped with yellow daisies. It was a fantastic outdoor setting fit for a princess bride. Bridesmaids continued the 'weekend in the country' theme with antique lace halter accented dresses in chocolate. Their fresh yellow-mix bouquets coupled nicely with the groomsmen boutonnieres. The bride wore a gorgeous ivory backless wedding gown complete with a soft couture- style silk flower hairpiece. Her groom wore a formal natural colored suit and chocolate tie. Elegant, simple, lovely. A beautiful beginning to a life ever after.
